*highlight the text for you to hear it as audio*
Someone recently requested text-to-speech capability for my blog, which I’m so grateful to that person for doing. I hope this site is more accessible now for those who are visually-impaired or have reading disabilities. Or for people who would just rather listen.
I have added a plug-in, so all of my posts should automatically be capable of reading out the text. Unfortunately, I couldn’t figure out how to just have a little speech button that you could press and the post would read out to you. So, in order for you to hear the text, you have to highlight the text you want read out with your cursor.
I really hope that this helps. If it doesn’t work for some reason, or it’s not as accessible as I want it to be, please let me know.
